Here We Are!

Good Morning Everyone!

I trust everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I was  in Kalamazoo, Michigan with family – a first after so many years living in California.

During that week I was switching my web hosting from one host to another. This is no small process! Deciding to put up a new website in WordPress has been a wonderful, albeit huge event. While the site is still undergoing much tweaking, additions and adjustments, it is still far and away much better, useful and content rich than ever before.

As I was adding in the Articles page, I was able to see clearly all the writing I’d been doing for the past year and a half. I’m happy to have all my content in one place: blog, articles, books and quite soon, the online courses to both books will find a home here, as well.

Along the journey of putting up a new website I’ve met some lovely and very creative and talented people to help me. I want to honor them and thank them right here.

First is Jennifer Butler, my marketing consultant. Jennifer should be wearing a Superwoman leotard. She recently had a new baby immediately followed by moving from Northeast Ohio to Williamsburg, VA with husband and toddler.

Next to thank is Christina Hills, teacher of the Website Creation Workshop from Grass Valley, CA. This amazing woman conducts teleconference classes and webinars on the art of using WordPress not just as a blog, but as a website.

Then, there’s the countless customer service representatives at GoDaddy.com who spent hours helping me get the new site live and everything transferred over from my former hosting service. I might add they did this willingly, competently and even cheerfully!

I hope you take time to cruise around the new “offices” and enjoy all the content here. I’m rather proud of it. There’s a great sense of satisfaction doing something you thought you couldn’t do. That’s expansion for you. There’s a lot more in store.
