hold that thought: the good one

Good Morning Everyone,

Like all humanoids, from time to time I find myself having to get myself back into alignment with Source. This happens when I’ve failed to pay attention to how I’m feeling in the moment. A sort of slippery slope occurs, and after a certain point of vibrational slippage and sloppiness, things start to fall apart in the physical realm to the point where I can no longer ignore my internal state. Then, of course, I pay attention, because I’m miserable. Now I have a lot of clean-up work to do in order to get my inner state back into alignment with mySelf.

Why I do this is force of habit, which are things I’ve learned along my own physical trail. If I work harder, longer….so instead of noticing that I’m tired or I’ve had enough of something, I just “work a little longer, harder, faster…instead of playing.

It’s hard for us to realize that we are vibrational beings, first. We are, in fact, mostly vibrational beings. Everything that happens or manifests in the physical realm began as vibrational thought first. Yes, everything both good and not so good. Our internal state – how we feel – is our Guidance System. When we feel Good, it’s three green lights, keep on doing it, thinking it, feeling it. When we feel bad, it’s three red lights saying to us, “Bogus thought!” “Not True.” “You’re creating in separation from Source something you’re not going to like when it arrives.”

This is my week of cleaning up my vibrational countenance – my own inside job. I learned this today – believe it or not.

  • 17 seconds of pure focused thought on what is desired = 2000 physical action hours
  • 34 seconds of pure focused thought on what is desired = 20,000 physical action hours
  • 51 seconds of pure focused thought on what is desired = 200,000 physical action hours
  • 68 seconds of pure focused thought on what is desired = 2,000,000 physical action hours

That’s the power of leveraging the Energy of Source = the Energy that creates Worlds.

Listen to Abraham yourself. And thanks for reading…..Kath
