Ocean Wave Energy: Limitless Energy Gift

Good Morning Everyone!

In all the discussions about renewable and sustainable energy, how often have we heard anything about Ocean Wave Energy? I know I haven’t.

This morning there’s a really informative story in McClatchy News detailing the fact that the current proposed budget will cut research funding for this type of sustainable energy source in favor of an 86% increase in funding for solar and wind.

The article goes on to say that this technology is already being used in Europe and could be online in Puget Sound by 2011.

Seems to me that with America being blessed with two enormous lengths of coastline, and most of each coastline having the highest population densities, that this is a no brainer.

The technology was developed by Seabased AB, a Swedish company; and has projects considered, planned or installed in Spain, Portugal, Scotland, Ireland and Norway. There have also been discussions about projects in South Korea, the Philippines, India and Canada’s Maritime provinces.

Still another company,OPT,is under contract with the US Navy right now for a similar technology to supply the Navy world wide.

I’ve traveled the United States by car many, many times and have seen the windmills. They are NOT attractive and they do change ground weather, not to mention being at the whimsy of the wind. Wind power has it’s application in small projects, to be sure, but certainly not the large scale of supplying electricity to all of America.

Similarly, solar’s draw backs are those batteries and solar panels. They’re fine on roof tops, but to cover large portions of our deserts again means messing with the ecology of the desert and the life forms there. In defined applications, sun is appropriate, just as wind; but here’s a solution that promises big return for the long haul.

And get this, the technology is – simple. Holy Toledo!

Let’s keep it simple. Use our dollars wisely and put them where it makes Good Common Sense.

If you’d like to make comment to the White House about redirecting the dollars in sustainable energy research back to ocean wave technology, you can do so directly . I already have.

Put your two cents worth in! This is your government, and it’s your tax dollars, so participate!

Infinite Supply – Flowing God to Others

Good Morning Everyone,

There is a really lovely story from McClatchy News this morning about charitable giving – the poor are the most generous givers. I knew that, because I’ve seen it. What is lovely is to see it as a story on mainstream media. Go over there right now, click on the link, and read the story.

In this Great Recession we are seeing and experiencing vast shifts in what we value and how we see money.

Money is a construct of man. It became a convenient way for us to exchange value for value when hauling fur pelts and gold nuggets became impractical. It represented on paper or by coin or by check or bank draft – a numerical value. A number. A number vibrates to a certain frequency. Money represents a frequency of energy. Energy is God.

However, somewhere along the line, we got the idea of money and wealth confused, all knotted up with other values and beliefs that have to do with lack, and society, prestige, personal worth and value as a human being, and power, just to name a few of the human-mind ideas about money.

Money is like anything else, it is an expression of God. No more, no less. It is Energy, just like breath, just like food, just like love.

Asked why the poor are so generous, Christie Zerrudo, a cashier who handles Filipino remittances at Manila Oriental, a grocery/restaurant/remittance agency in Arlington, offered this explanation:

“It gives the heart comfort when you sit down at the end of the day, and you know that you did your part,” Zerrudo said. “… you love them, they are your family, and your love has had an expression.”

Cast your bread upon the waters, we are instructed. Give. Give what you have, because you can.

There is a physics component to this as well as an emotional component. The physics component obeys the Laws of Inertia and Momentum. When you give, allow something to flow forth from you…you are moving physical energy. Done enough, you create momentum and what you cast forth, flows back to you in proportion to your consciousness of it. The emotional component tells you that it feels Good to give, because you can, and that you are in alignment with God – Source Energy. It if feels Good; you are aligned with your True Self, who knows you’re True Wealth and Abundance; this is the Christed Consciousness of Infinite Supply.

In 1 Kings 17:11-14 we are told the story of the poor woman who is asked by Elijah to bring him a piece of bread. She has but a little, but she makes the bread and finds that neither the meal nor the oil runs out. Infinite Supply. She flowed forth what she had, feeling full and rich, and so she was with plenty.

In the same principle Jesus was asked at the wedding to feed the guests, but it appeared that there wasn’t enough food for them all (the human mind consciousness). Jesus giving thanks, breaks the bread and feeds them all with plenty, because he is of the Christed Consciousness – realizing his Oneness with Source – flowing Infinite Supply through him to the wedding tables.

This is the consciousness we are striving to achieve: the Christed Conscious, which realizes our Oneness with God, and that is Infinite Supply.

The consciousness of God is the I AM of each and every person. Within each of us is Infinite Supply.

How we achieve this is by seeing the God, Source Energy, in everything and everyone around us, and realizing it is the consciousness within us that both sees It and manifests our every requirement.

The Earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. Indeed. You are the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. Spend your efforts attaining the Christed Consciousness, your manifestations will be beyond your human-mind’s wildest dreams.

What have you? Give it freely without expectation of reward. Give it in secret. But give it out of the conscious realization that God is your Supply, which is the I AM consciousness of your Self.

Depression: Denying Your Creative Self

Good Day Everyone!

The other day standing the check out line at the grocery store, I caught sight of a headline that said something like, “How will Obama talk us out of a Depression?”

Instantly my thoughts went to the idea that America was suffering from clinical depression, which is reflected in the economy.

The problem is within our psyche, our minds, obscuring our Souls.

According to the World Health Organization, depression is a common affliction and when “treated” or addressed results in improved economic productivity. Imagine that!

What is depression exactly? To my mind, and experience, it is the exhaustion we suffer when we spend every ounce of our energy trying to NOT hear our Inner Godchip, our Spirit, Who We Really Are.

That flame of ours, that Godchip that is ising within us each and every day, is Life insisting itself in and through us. Witness the daisy that pokes itself up through the blacktop and blooms. That same Spirit is insisting that Life flow through each of us.

We resist It. Rather, our human mind resists It. We believe what we read in the papers, we believe what others tell us about who we are and what we can achieve, we doubt ourSelf, and we dwell in the land of ego and human mind.

It, our Godchip knows nothing of impossible or can’t. It IS. It knows all things are possible so it keeps on ising away, insisting Life and all Possibilities. The human mind resists these thoughts, and this takes enormous energy to keep the Truth buried.

The normal treatment these days for depression is the administration of anti-depressant drugs, which can for a short time, lift your mood and temporarily make you feel a bit better.

However, the journey of awakening and living a conscious life requires your participation. Certainly you can live on anti-depressants or St. John’s Wort for the duration, but you won’t feel the magnificence of Life flowing through you as you will when you actually stop resisting your Greatness and become It.

The economic depression is a mirror for the enormous amount of pent up personal Greatness in America. We are becoming Who We Really Are. The ego, the human mind, puts up quite a fight.

Imagine how we will soar when we stop resisting our Godchips and allow ourselves to become Who We Really Are? Magnificent. And, by the way, the world will look so different then, because we will be transformed, first.

Good Day Everyone!

It seems that I am inquiring more deeply than I originally thought into economics. Frankly, I originally thought of the whole subject as about goods and services; and supply and demand. The subject gave me fits in college. While I passed both classes, it was pretty much a process of memorizing for the sake of the grade.

However, I find I have an intuitive understanding of economics that serves, and now seems to be deepening in understanding.

I looked up the definition of economics and find that its meaning is structured as a tripod.

According to Wikipedia: Economics is the social science that studies the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services together with the working definition of Lionel Robbins in a 1932 essay in which he states economics is “the science which studies human behaviour as a relationship between ends and scarce means which have alternative uses.” The third leg of the tripod is the origination of the word from the Greek which means “rules of the household”.

So we have one leg as the social science studying the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services; the second leg is that economics is the social science that studies human behavior as a relationship between ends and scarce means; and the third leg that says economics is literally the rules of the household.

The glaring flaw that I see immediately is the word scarce. The definition includes a belief in scarcity, which is a lie. Certainly it is what human mind believes to be true, but it is not Truth. This Universe, and this world within the Universe, is infinite. If we can desire it, imagine it, want it, it can be made manifest here.
So, for us to be wrestling a giant economic collapse and shift at this moment in time point to the flaw in the belief system, for this is where it all collapsed and why. If we believe, which we do, that there is a scarcity, then we will base our behaviors on that belief and make all subsequent decisions based on that belief. Hence, the banking demise, the car makers policies, and myriad and infinite other decisions that built a flawed economic system based on the belief in ‘not enough’.

Anything in the world which is not built on Truth will collapse eventually. This is Just as the Truth always surfaces, this is law. In Matthew 7:24-29 we are told to apply Truth to this physical life, and build on Rock (Truth) not sand (truth). The distinction is Truth is rooted in Universal Law, and truth is based on the ever-changing and fearful human mind.

Rubber meets the road. I speak not of religion, but rather of the Truth of our beingness. Everything we create on Earth is within the infinite Realm of Universal Law. When we operate outside of that Universal Law, the Infinite Stream of Well Being, we create mud that eventually washes away. Human mind creations not based on Truth (Source) cannot last – they are not sustainable.

Also included in the definition of economics is this statement: Scarcity means that available resources are insufficient to satisfy all wants and needs. Absent scarcity and alternative uses of available resources, there is no economic problem. The subject thus defined involves the study of choices as they are affected by incentives and resources.

This is huge. It acknowledges that the entire science is based on individual human choices. It also acknowledges that absent scarcity, there is no economic problem. Whooa!!!

Right now, this moment in time/space reality we are experiencing the next paradigm shift to the Christ Consciousness in mankind. This is a global shift in line with the evolution of the planet and the continuing evolution of the consciousness of man.
Within this evolution is the Realization of Fulfillment, Oneness, in the Christed Consciousness. How different will our decisions be when we are in the same consciousness as Source and we Know there is no lack, no scarcity, no limits.

If we can to even the smallest measure begin to bring this Truth into our new policies, new corporate strategies and trainings, and into our new idea of government, we thus begin to build a sustainable economy based in Truth, on Rock – rather than on sand.

Each individual contributes to the collective whether it is the economic stats, the election results, or the numbers on consumer spending; and each one of us is reflecting – by our everyday choices – just where our consciousness is. The more we can feel and sense Real Truth in goods, services, policies, strategies and everything else, the more we are building on Rock where there is no economic problem because we operate in Infinite Supply. When we Know this is Truth, then every decision and behavior changes. Imagine a world like this.

We are the Supply, because we are Source in physical form. The only thing that separates us from It are the old beliefs of human mind, which are shifting as we allow Source into our everyday thinking and begin building new castles on Rock-solid Truth…there is no scarcity, therefore there is no economic problem.

We’re on our way!

Quality: The New Economy

Good Day Everyone!

I’ve been thinking a lot about Quality.

Years ago when I was a child, I recall that, then, things made in Japan were generally regarded as inferior in quality. In those days the “Made In America” label was synonymous with high quality goods.

Think about it a moment. The cars that were American made then are still being restored today. Many of the “antiques” and “collectibles” that are found at flea markets are products that were from that era of Quality. Items purchased then were built to not wear out, but to be repaired. Over the last 40-50 years something has gone amiss in the American psyche. I remember looking at the first Ford Pinto and thinking, “No one will ever restore one of those.”

The decline in Quality in America is directly proportional to the rise in the Walmart mentality. Today China is the new Japan, and certainly many things still produced in America, in order to compete in the global markets, are of disposable quality.

The ramifications of this are myriad, significantly to the environment which includes us. When things are disposable, they end up in the landfills decomposing or leeching their chemicals into the ground and ground waters, rivers, lakes and poisoning both flora and fauna (including the humans).

The “green” movement is a movement back in the direction of Quality. If for no other reason, for one of economic sensibility to the American consumer, if not the corporation. However, as the consciousness of all of us rises to greater heights, a new kind of corporation will emerge, as well. It is once again the people that will lead us out of the economic doldrums and into a re-scripted economy. The word being used is sustainability. In the old language it was Quality.

Quality is an inherent characteristic of something that is usually perceived by intuition, feeling, taste, touch, observation, and it is usually difficult to quantify. Why? Because Quality is a measure of the Life Force, Truth, Beauty and Goodness of a thing, person, or idea. We feel and resonate with the vibrations of Quality because that is who we are innately. It is our essential beingness.

Source – or God – is the highest Quality there is. Vibrating to the highest, purest, fastest frequencies without resistance, these Source Vibrations always feel Good. Always. They always feel enlivening, uplifting, and glorious. When these qualities are included in a product, a speech, a concept, or a service, we immediately recognize it as Source, but we call it Quality.

Restoration and invigoration of the economy is going to be predicated on returning to Source, first in our consciousness and thinking, and then in our earthly creations. We might start via the economic route, however, because Quality always makes sense.

A good example is purchasing shoes. About 8 years ago I purchased Munro Boots, an American company headquartered in Arkansas. I paid about $125.00. These boots had real rubber soles and real leather uppers, with absolutely no synthetic chemicals. I am still wearing these same boots, and they still look great. Amortize the purchase so far and I’ve spent $15.62 per year for these fine leather dress boots.

Let’s talk cars for a moment. In 1997 a friend purchased a Toyota 4-Runner for about $30,000. She drove it for 265,000 miles and only just replaced it because she wanted an automatic transmission rather than the standard transmission. She sold this 4-Runner for $6,500. Let’s do the math: effectively the car cost her $23,500. Divide that by 10 years is $2350 per year which is about $6.50 per day. It still looked great and ran wonderfully. Quality.

One last example is food. When we eat industrially grown spinach full of chemicals, pesticides and other toxins, it would take 10 bowls of this spinach to equal one bowl of powerfully nutritious, organically grown spinach. Quality. So at the grocery you look at the industrial grown spinach and see it is cheaper at the price point than the organic – the hidden, unseen Quality is what you are paying for in the organic produce. And that Quality translates to available nutrition for your body to energize, heal and fuel itself. This translates into a stronger immune system and less doctor visits and prescription drugs. In the long run, over time, Quality is it hands down. It’s efficient, effective and full of Good, which we deserve.

Quality is where our economic future and prosperity await us. It takes the eyes to see and the awareness to perceive It. This is called a higher consciousness and is our individual work.

Then, there will be no need for unions or trade agreements. Quality will be desired, Naturally.

Good Day Everyone,

The doomsayers keep spinning their web based on “reality”.

The latest figures state that over 4.4 million jobs have been lost and that the unemployment figures are at 8.1%. May I point out that this means 91.9% of Americans are still employed!

In an article in today’s New York Times, journalists Peter Goodman and Jack Healy point out that a vast remaking of the United States economy is underway. Finally!

The way we have done business in American obviously hasn‘t work. It has been based on the fear of lack. This ubiquitous belief has propelled banks and others to conduct business often in less than ethical or healthy practices.

Think about this for just a minute. When you’re afraid there’s not enough for you, what does your human mind do with this information? It begins scheming and conniving, right? The prevailing belief in American business has been that bigger is always better. It doesn’t consider that the quality of the growth is of any consequence.

Years ago I had a professor at Cornell who was showing us the “life cycle” of a business. The business is born, it grows, it levels off. Then, at this point, it has to grow again. Here’s the critical point: unless it changes this growth cannot be accomplished. The change required at that point is something NEW and innovative, a better version of what has come before it. In the hospitality sector, this meant proliferating more franchise products, so that now all we see at every freeway off ramp is a saturation of the same products and not a whole lot of unique choices. Everyone took their competitive marketing cue from the others, basically resulting in a lot of the same. It was a whole lot more fun and interesting (quality) to travel by car 40 years ago when the choices for food and lodging were offered by independents from the local region.

Another strategy for growing a company after the leveling-off stage has been merging and acquiring. Giant conglomerates have emerge from this strategy like Phillip Morris. This doesn’t mean that the company improved, changed, or re-made itself, it just means that “on the books” it grew in dollars earned often acquiring companies within industries in which they had no expertise. Much like the American consumer just buying more stuff.

Business is a place where innovation can and should be rewarded. However, the American thinking of investors has been just to make money by whatever means – in short, the idea of quality and innovation was thrown to the wayside for profit taking by parting out companies and/or betting. The stock market is now less the arena for supporting new businesses and ideas than it is a commonplace craps table.

We can have methods for evaluating a company, but without regard and respect for the inherent “quality” of a company factored in, the products and services, ideas and research that drive a company are not in the calculations. This is basically equivalent to no one saying, “Ah, excuse me, the Emperor is naked.”

Take the American car companies, for example. All are ‘victim’ of lackful thinking /or group think. This is how business is always done. Over the past decade when other car manufacturers such as Honda and Toyota were putting out cars that lasted more than a decade and met fuel efficiency standards ahead of schedule, the American car companies were still creating gas hogs that self-destructed at less than 100,000 miles.

Natural Law on Earth is either change or go extinct. The American car manufacturers are nearly extinct; we will watch to see if the US Government can support them while they try to catch up.

Mother Nature is not that accommodating. If a species cannot adapt, it dies.

Adaptation or change has to be built into the system of corporate evaluation. Indeed, the NYT journalists are right on target. A vast remaking of our economy must be underway, or we will perish. It’s Natural Law.

The American people and our thinking over the last 100 years have traveled a path so far away from Nature, that we no longer even consider Natural Law when we are working on a business plan. It’s about the money. Oddly enough, if we operate according to Natural Law where only Quality gets to exist, the money would flood in beyond our wildest dreams. Human mind thoughts based in lack and fear work counterproductive to the Laws of Nature, and therefore, are not sustainable.

We humans are Natural creatures subject to the Laws of Nature just as every flower, animal and cell are. Our creations are subject to Natural Law, as well. And Quality is the name of Her game.

What does this mean to you, the individual? It means you are subject to the Laws of Nature, as well. You must change and adapt or go extinct, as well. What holds you back from changing yourself into something more and better than the previous version of you? It’s probably fear, just as fear of not enough led to this economic collapse. Indeed, it is time and the time is ripe for
creating a new economy based on Quality and Plenty.

As Anis Nin said, “There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

It’s time for America, and each individual citizen, to bloom.

Trickle Up: The Economics of New Thought

2009-02-09

Good Day Everyone,

Spirituality is all about economics here on earth. When we notice a pinch, immediately we know what we don’t want and therefore immediately know what we do want more of.

Think about this, this is critical.

You notice that you get less quality for your money at the cash register. Everything is watered down. The quality of the food is less but costs more. You go home with a half a bag of groceries for $60.00. What the heck? So, now you know what you do want: higher quality, lower costs. You immediately start looking for that, focusing your Source Energy to find that. You have sent out a powerful request that is immediately being fulfilled.

Your part is that you are now allowing the clues to come into your awareness so that you can follow the trail to what is wanted. You keep looking and noticing, finding and acknowledging it.

Everything is about economics.

Right now the Congress is debating the stimulus package. Today I heard a man in Elkhart, Indiana site of the Town Meeting refer to the trickle up. This man is genius. He knows that we have the power, the people, you and me, to stimulate everything from the ground up.

Congress can vote this enormous stimulus package, and jump start things, certainly; but we hold the ace card. We with the opportunities this bill will bring to the nation, with out ingenuity and desires for more, for ease, for abundance, for plenty can create new ideas to use this stimulus package. We cannot sit back and wait for “father government” to feed our bellies with dole outs of monies. This is only a limited resource, vast though it is. It is seed money for our own creativity and imaginations.

We have been trained as employees, but we now need to think as change agents, entrepreneurs, and innovators. So your whole family for generations has been employed by the car industry, does this have to be the way it continues? Do you like where it is brought you? What do you imagine? What would you like?

It’s time to retool, yourself. Perhaps you have unemployment insurance, a bit of time and support. Take time right now to rethink your next step. Where would you LOVE to go. What would you like to create for yourself, your family, this nation. You are not a beggar at the feed trough of the government, you are masterful creator with an unprecedented opportunity. Seize the day, this very moment and create your own “job”.

Everyone is frozen in fear. A bit of money is now being hoarded, saved, for what….
It is time to do just the opposite. Expand. Think big. Dream. Ask. Following the clues and create, create, create!

This is truly the time for Trickle Up. Lead upward. This change is from the ground up, from us.

Let’s get going. Dream, imagine, and follow the steps that the Universe answers you with. You are the powerful creator, be it. This is applied spirituality. Apply yours. It’s entirely your call, free will and sovereignty.

Thanks for reading!

Expansion: There’s Always More

2009-12-16

Hello Everyone,

In a time where the appearance is that everything seems to be contracting and shrinking, crumbling and failing, we can look to Nature to see the True Way of all things, including humans.

Yesterday on Yahoo News there was an article that showcases a discovery of over 1000 new species in Mekong. “We thought discoveries of this scale were confined to the history books.”

This illuminates for us two things: there’s always more and our good is always at play, even though it may appear to the contrary.

The Universe and the World that we live in are limitless, contrary to popular human belief, which is the point. Our outdated and antiquated human beliefs out of limited human thinking are being challenged to change, expand and grow into the divine and limitless beings that we are.

I have often noticed how Truth is learned in the paradox and irony of life. Here we look at a crashing economy and numerous other “negative” news, but up pops an article that is to remind us to LET GO old thinking and allow the expansion into Infinite Possibilities.

Certainly this is not the time to constrict and contract, thinking safety and security first.

It is the exact time to expand and grow.

Recently I took a trip to Ohio in preparation for moving there at the first of the year. In some ways it is “going home” but not exactly to the places where I grew up. I visited a small rural town called Rittman. Rumor has it that my great grandparents lived for a time in Rittman, as great grandfather worked for the railroad. Rittman today is home to Morton Salt and other smaller businesses, but definitely reflects an impoverished community limited by the thinking that pervades the town. One gets a sense of enduring something until they don’t have to endure it any longer.

What I saw was an empty paper box factory sitting right on the RR tracks ready to go…for a new paper box factory that now uses recycled paper and has gone green. Who else can see the possibilities for expansion and new opportunities? I made the suggestion to the realtor who was so gracious as to spend an hour with me showing me around her town.

On the plane flight from San Diego to Chicago my seat mate was relaying the story of a friend of his in Indiana who had been laid off from a car manufacturing plant, yet still receiving 90% of his salary. “Wow,” I said. “What an opportunity. What is he doing with this once in a million chance?” My new friend shook his head, “Nothing. He’s waiting to be called back to work.”

I nearly drooled. To be supported at 90% of your former salary and have 40 hours a week freed up to do what I wanted to do would be heaven. This fellow could, if he had the consciousness to see, retool for a new career, study something he loved and find a brand new life waiting for him.

My grandmother used to say in every cloud there is a silver lining or it’s always darkest just before dawn. Those two sayings identify the consciousness of “there’s always more” and “our good is always at play”.

This is faith. This is Truth. This is the Infinite and Eternally Expanding Nature of Reality of which we are all part and parcel. You nor I have been excluded from all the Goodies; we can, however, exclude ourselves by clinging to the old limiting beliefs, dwelling and focusing on the negative, rather than shifting our focus internally and externally with the intention to see the Good, the Fullness, the Opportunities that lay at our feet.

In these times and the times ahead expect to see more things falling apart, in order to see the new opportunities open up. Will you have the eyes to see and the ears to hear and the consciousness to embrace the new?

It is all up to you. You have free will choice to focus where you choose.

Hello Everyone,

This is the third blog in a series devoted to helping your keep your eyes and therefore your internal state in Well Being.

Obviously this is going to require a bit of discipline on your part. You cannot be slipping in those talk shows, reality shows and daily infusions of CNN until you have become a selective sifter, and that doesn’t happen overnight.

These blogs are designed to help you in the short run from falling off the cliff into the abyss of anxiety and despair. Please, we don’t want you jumping, for heaven’s sake. Sometimes it can be all you can manage just to peel your eyes and ears away from the train wreck.

I wonder about that. Why is it that we cannot pass a car accident on the freeway or road kill without having to look at it? It’s the same thing. You read a headline of bad news and then continue on to read the whole article – let’s have more thought poison!

Ok. This week your assignment is to pull your eyes and ears away from anything and everything that causes you fear, anxiety, distress, heart palpitations, whatever awful feeling.

You cannot dwell there. You have to remove your focus within 5 seconds of realizing this is not good for you. Actually, I dare you to not look.

Lots of folks are going to say this is the head-in-the-sand approach to life. Let them. For now, when you’re a beginner at Well Being, you have to take drastic measures. The first thing is to get yourself back into balance and feeling centered in Self and strong. In other words, the first thing is to soothe yourself back into Well Being. You can’t do that when you’re thinking you’ve just lost your kid’s college fund or your retirement.

Here’s the deal. Does it do any good to go there? Is there anything you can do about it right now? Ok. So once you’ve looked, you’ve got the information, you’ve got 5 seconds to change the channel; and change the channel you must.

Here’s your process:

1. Take in the information and feel your emotional reaction.
2. If negative in anyway, you have 5 seconds to change the channel. This may literally be changing the channel on the car radio or on the TV. You might even consider turning it OFF.
3. Breathe. Sit with it and breathe while you’re having your worst thought. Keep bloody well breathing as deeply as possible.
4. Now, as quickly as possible, find another thought that makes you feel a bit better. It might be, “There’s nothing to be done about this right now.” or “The way will come to me.” or “Wow.”  Or maybe do a Scarlett O’Hara and say, “I’ll just think about this tomorrow.”

What is most important for you to get is that you do not have to dwell on any subject that doesn’t feel good to you. In fact, it is wise to shift your thought focus just as quickly as your human mind will let you. And remember, you have free will to tell your human mind where it will focus.  You get to choose where, when and for how long you’re going to keep yourself miserable.

I think I can hear some of you saying, “What? I need to DO something!” Well, maybe you do, LATER. But you never, ever want to DO anything when you’re feeling less than connected, which is feeling Good and Strong. Anything you might do from a place of disconnection with Source will only lead to more of the same. It’s the spiral downward being accelerated by the Law of Attraction, which is a physical law.

This is probably the place where you’re going to spend the most amount of time, right here arguing with yourself. Your human mind is going to be shouting “DO SOMETHING!” Your Godchip is going to be whispering, “BE STILL AND LISTEN.”

This is where you really have to hook up your free will and tell your human mind to sit down and shut up, you’ll give it directions just as soon as you’ve Connected with your Godchip and feel that Well Being and direction.

Practice, apply, in the moment right now. This is where you are either Applying your Spirituality or you are cutting it off. Why not use it when you need it most, which is now.

Thanks for Reading!

Becoming A Selective Sifter of Information

2009-10-13

Good Day Everyone,

Today is part 2 in becoming the master of your own reality. Today we’re going to talk about becoming a selective sifter of all the information that comes your way.

How do you know what to pay attention to and what to let fall through the sifter. Good question and very good to master.

First of all, the most important thing is to be tuned in to your internal guidance system. This is otherwise experienced by you as the emotional responses you feel in your gut.

When you are taking in information from any source, friend, family, CNN, the newspaper, your IGS will be monitoring it for its relevance to you. Specifically, it will be monitoring your focus for things that are for your GOOD. That is its job. It is constantly telling you by how you feel if what you are focused on is on the path for your GOOD.

This is because your IGS is your Godchip and is always in Well Being and living out the results of your desires – It is actually enjoying your dreams already. So there’s your IGS skipity doo dahing in your dreams and fantasies, having a really GOOD time.

Now, let’s say say your fantasy dream is that you want to be wealthy, prosperous, and financial stable. Your IGS is already experiencing the FEELING of that success, your very dream come true. You, however, remain glued to the financial news on CNN watching the Dow plummet.  You’re reading everything you can about the banks failures and who’s to blame. You FEEL your stomach turn sour, your neck is tight, a migraine is coming on. Those FEELINGS are your IGS NOT joining you in those thoughts. In other words, you are feeling the pain of that gap between your human mind focus/thoughts and your Godchip, which is in complete and utter fulfillment of your desire. That gap, the absence of GOOD (your Godchip), does not feel good to you.

Now, let’s say you have that same desire for wealth, prosperity, and financial stability. This time you focus yourself on stories of people that have achieved financial prosperity, their methods and strategies, or you simply imagine how wonderful it would feel to be there. The longer your focus is on the success of what you are desiring, the better you feel. New ideas join these thoughts, as you feel that success more and more. That you feel GOOD is telling you that you are closing that gap between your human mind and your Godchip who is living that success and its fulfillment.

Ok. Now it’s every day life, you’re going about your day and you have the radio on. The news comes on and it’s about some doom story. What do you do? You change the channel. You find something that feels GOOD to you. Try on some up beat music and sing along or find a talk show that FEELS good to you, or better still, turn it off and CHOOSE some thought that raise your vibration.

Now let’s say you’ve paid for a seminar and the lecturer goes off on a tangent describing to you all manner of traumatic failures, because these people just didn’t follow his advice. What do you do? You have several choices: 1.) you can go to the bathroom and come back when he starts talking about positive stuff; 2.) you can tune out, write a letter to your sweetheart and tune back in when he gets to the GOOD stuff; 3.) you can listen and simultaneously edit saying things to yourself like, “This is only true for someone who places his authority in you, buddy, not me. I know about the Law of Attraction and I know that I control my vibrational countenance.”

In absolutely everything in every minute of your day you have to be aware of how you are feeling. If someone in the break room is talking about how miserable he/she is or how sick someone is, or whatever misery is being hashed out, you get to LEAVE. You have the freedom, the right and the responsibility to change your mind and not be available for vibrations that do not FEEL GOOD to you.

It is very simple: garbage in yields garbage out. You don’t have to voice anything to anybody; that is not your job. Your job is your vibration and your control is over your focus. Have some standard comments ready such as, “You know what, I just remembered, I have to make a call. If you’ll excuse me.” Or “I’ll be back….”

The point is you have made a choice FOR yourself, not against them, so you have no judgment about what they are talking about, all you know is, it’s not for you.

My personal favorite, “Gotta Go!”

These are dramatic times that offer the perfect opportunity to become a very selective sifter of the data that comes in to you. These times are perfect for becoming the master of your focus and teaching yourself that you are, indeed, in complete control of how you FEEL. Master this, and you’ve pretty much mastered your life.

Next week we’ll talk about what to focus on.

Remember, apply, apply, apply. It doesn’t work if you don’t use it.

Thanks for reading!
