trusting your gut

Greeting Everyone,

We as a society have been trained out of feeling. We haven’t been trained to understand how useful and important they are. Neither have we been properly school as to what to do with them when we’re having them and most importantly what they’re telling us. Emotions are the most important and useful navigation system we EACH HAVE. This, dear people, is how we are all created equal. We have equal access to Source Energy through our EMOTIONS. In the moment that you are feeling something unwanted and unpleasant to any degree, you have the opportunity to know right now what it is that you really do want. This is an unusual moment of clarity. What you do want is now perfectly clear and obvious.

Recently in working with my private coaching clients I have noticed that the primary work is getting folks to feel. Seems the campaign over the years has been to NOT FEEL – especially negative emotion. This is counter productive. You see if you devise ways to cut off feeling the negative emotions, you simultaneously cut off feeling the positive ones, too.  Even worse, you’re cutting off access to your own Wisdom – your Inner Guidance System. You can’t trust your gut if you can’t feel it’s guidance.

You came in with your own Inner Guidance System – you are personally hard-wired into Source Energy, which by the way is the highest, fastest and purist frequency and always feels GOOD to you. It’s telling you that you’ve got your human mind in alignment with your Source Self; and when you’re in alignment, you are allowing every good thing and all Well Being. You’re alive and well in every sense and radiating that Well Being (personal power) out into the physical world.  Not only that, everything you’ve ever wished for whether consciously in “prayer” or subconsciously in desires…is on it’s way to you.

Now, let’s understand what negative emotions are telling you: you’re NOT in alignment with Source. In relationship to the physical drama or situation that you’re experiencing in your physical life, it’s telling you that something’s not right. You must understand this very important distinction: this is a feeling in your gut, not a doubt in your mind. You cannot use your Internal Guidance System with your mind. It doesn’t operate in your mind. You experience your Inner Guidance System with your EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS. Thus, you must allow yourself to feel and open up that area of the solar plexus otherwise known as your

So every time you take measures to not feel something via medications, drugs, alcohol, or a practiced response to cutting off your feelings, you are denying yourself access to your IGS.

In human anatomy the celiac plexus or coeliac plexus, also known as the solar plexus, is a complex network of nerves (a plexus) located in the abdomen, where the celiac trunk, superior mesenteric artery, and renal arteries branch from the abdominal aorta. It is behind the stomach and the omental bursa, and in front of the crura of the diaphragm, on the level of the first lumbar vertebra, L1. The plexus is formed (in part) by the greater and lesser splanchnic nerves of both sides, and also parts of the right vagus nerve. The celiac plexus proper consists of the celiac ganglia with a network of interconnecting fibers. The aorticorenal ganglia are often considered to be part of the celiac ganglia, and thus, part of the plexus.

Relating the physical apparatus to your Source Self (because you are hard-wired in with your Internal Guidance System), it’s called a chakra.

Manipura: The Solar Plexus Chakra

Manipura or manipurakais symbolised by a downward pointing triangle with ten petals. The seed syllable is Ram, and the presiding deity is Braddha Rudra, with Lakini as the Shakti.Manipura is related to the metabolic and digestive systems. Manipura is believed to correspond to Islets of Langerhans,[29] which are groups of cells in the pancreas, as well as the outer adrenal glands and the adrenal cortex. These play a valuable role in digestion, the conversion of food matter into energy for the body. The colour that corresponds to Manipura is yellow. Key issues governed by Manipura are issues of personal power, fear, anxiety, opinion-formation, introversion, and transition from simple or base emotions to complex. Physically, Manipura governs digestion, mentally it governs personal power, emotionally it governs expansiveness, and spiritually, all matters of growth.[30]

You must open this area up and allow Light, Breath, Expansion and Source Energy to flow opening in this area. The best way to accomplish this is through breathing exercises. My favorite is in breath 3 counts and out breath 5 counts. Doing this is quieting the mind, allowing Source, relaxing and expanding for a minimum of 3-5 minutes; at least 5 times a day.

Don’t you find it interesting that Celiac’s Disease is on the rise, especially if you think of it terms of blocking the energy of Source from flowing freely through the Solar Plexus – the center of Light in the body? Open this center up and you can then trust your gut.
