Last June I wrote Part 1 of my “Relaxing Into Well Being” story. To refresh your memory you can read it here.
Suffice it to say that I had reached a turning point, a fork in the road, maybe even a wall. It was definitely a low spot.
I had been working, doing, efforting with all my might to bring Applied Spirituality™ to the world. Blog posts on two blogs, articles, speaking, seminars, courses in technology to learn social media, marketing and on and on and on.
Why? Well because that’s what we do. At least that’s what my Dad and Mom and Gram taught me to do. “Give 110% and the world will notice your efforts.” I, of course, bought it hook, line and sinker. So from a young age, I learned how to work, effort, and push myself – nevermind how I feel. “That’s life.”
After 30 years of working so hard, I’d finally had it. After 30 years of learning how the world works, writing the cosmology of Applied Spirituality, and after teaching people these same principles, I realized it was time for the physician to heal herself. It was time to practice what I preached. Yes, this is embarrassing, but hey. It was time I – here it comes – APPLIED everything I knew. There. I’ve said it.
It was a dramatic decision made with much internal angst. Mind against Knowing. If I don’t keep working hard, it will all fall apart. If I keep doing what I’m doing, I’ll get the same results. What to do?
Surrender. Then I realized: focusing my energy through my mind wasthe doing. That is how we create.
I also realized that throughout my lifetime I’d probably sent up enough “desires” for the Universe to fulfill 10 lifetimes. If I could learn to relax and allow my Good to flow in, it just might be easy and OMG…possibly fun.
This defined my challenge for the coming months. Could stop all my physical doing? Could I learn to deliberately and intentionally focus my mind into Well Being, allowing my Good, my Inspiration, and Life Force to take me into the Stream and let it carry me into the future? Could I Trust that much?
With the old way no longer an option, the path of focusing my mind into Well Being became my daily task of “doing”.
It was not easy. My human mind waged a tremendous battle. Even though I had resolved to take the road less traveled, minute by minute my mind offered up unrelenting warnings, fears, doom, gloom and GUILT. This will never work. Have you gone mad? And on and on and on.
Yet, too weary to go back to what I’d been doing; I persisted. Either what I know to be true is True; or it is not. Here’s the acid test. I will either sink or swim and perhaps even fly. So I stayed the course.
Someday soon, perhaps, I share the whole story with you. For now let me report that after 6 months of staying the course, learning to focus my mind into Well Being, things are MUCH BETTER.
I’m happier. If the energy focusing effort didn’t produce anything other than that, that would be enough! Externally I am amazed at how things are coming to me with ease, serendipity and inspired action. People show up differently around me; and people and events that were common place irritations no longer are in my sphere.
I’m here to tell you that the world works by vibration and by vibration alone.
Mastering my focus has been the single hardest thing I’ve ever undertaken with myself in my life. This process of taming the incessant chatter of my human ego mind and clearing out all the stories (that were never true) has taken me on the E-Ticket Ride of my Lifetime. Yes, it continues, and the views from the higher elevations are pretty darn Good. What is more…there is More!
I invite you to follow me! Only you don’t have to invent the wheel like I did.
On Tuesday January 17, 2012 Renita Kalhorn is my guest on A New View of Life Radio Show, which can be heard live at 6 PM EST. Renita is a “performance strategist”. Actually she’s pretty darn smart, because she knows that if you know how to focus into Well Being, everything else comes. Renita has made the mind mastery aspect of personal development or spiritual awakening or life transformation- call it what you will – her specialty.
Lucky for us. Make sure you schedule this in. You will be glad you did, for everything we create comes from our ability to focus our Source Energy flowing through us – the way We want it to; not the way the ego wants us to.
We as a society have been trained out of feeling. We haven’t been trained to understand how useful and important they are. Neither have we been properly school as to what to do with them when we’re having them and most importantly what they’re telling us. Emotions are the most important and useful navigation system we EACH HAVE. This, dear people, is how we are all created equal. We have equal access to Source Energy through our EMOTIONS. In the moment that you are feeling something unwanted and unpleasant to any degree, you have the opportunity to know right now what it is that you really do want. This is an unusual moment of clarity. What you do want is now perfectly clear and obvious.
Recently in working with my private coaching clients I have noticed that the primary work is getting folks to feel. Seems the campaign over the years has been to NOT FEEL – especially negative emotion. This is counter productive. You see if you devise ways to cut off feeling the negative emotions, you simultaneously cut off feeling the positive ones, too. Even worse, you’re cutting off access to your own Wisdom – your Inner Guidance System. You can’t trust your gut if you can’t feel it’s guidance.
You came in with your own Inner Guidance System – you are personally hard-wired into Source Energy, which by the way is the highest, fastest and purist frequency and always feels GOOD to you. It’s telling you that you’ve got your human mind in alignment with your Source Self; and when you’re in alignment, you are allowing every good thing and all Well Being. You’re alive and well in every sense and radiating that Well Being (personal power) out into the physical world. Not only that, everything you’ve ever wished for whether consciously in “prayer” or subconsciously in desires…is on it’s way to you.
Now, let’s understand what negative emotions are telling you: you’re NOT in alignment with Source. In relationship to the physical drama or situation that you’re experiencing in your physical life, it’s telling you that something’s not right. You must understand this very important distinction: this is a feeling in your gut, not a doubt in your mind. You cannot use your Internal Guidance System with your mind. It doesn’t operate in your mind. You experience your Inner Guidance System with your EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS. Thus, you must allow yourself to feel and open up that area of the solar plexus otherwise known as your
So every time you take measures to not feel something via medications, drugs, alcohol, or a practiced response to cutting off your feelings, you are denying yourself access to your IGS.
Manipura or manipurakais symbolised by a downward pointing triangle with ten petals. The seed syllable is Ram, and the presiding deity is Braddha Rudra, with Lakini as the Shakti.Manipura is related to the metabolic and digestive systems. Manipura is believed to correspond to Islets of Langerhans,[29] which are groups of cells in the pancreas, as well as the outer adrenal glands and the adrenal cortex. These play a valuable role in digestion, the conversion of food matter into energy for the body. The colour that corresponds to Manipura is yellow. Key issues governed by Manipura are issues of personal power, fear, anxiety, opinion-formation, introversion, and transition from simple or base emotions to complex. Physically, Manipura governs digestion, mentally it governs personal power, emotionally it governs expansiveness, and spiritually, all matters of growth.[30]
You must open this area up and allow Light, Breath, Expansion and Source Energy to flow opening in this area. The best way to accomplish this is through breathing exercises. My favorite is in breath 3 counts and out breath 5 counts. Doing this is quieting the mind, allowing Source, relaxing and expanding for a minimum of 3-5 minutes; at least 5 times a day.
Don’t you find it interesting that Celiac’s Disease is on the rise, especially if you think of it terms of blocking the energy of Source from flowing freely through the Solar Plexus – the center of Light in the body? Open this center up and you can then trust your gut.
Hello Everyone, I’ve never done this before, published a guest author to my blog. But somehow this seemed right. Eric Marley is a man who is moving through his own life transformation – beautifully, I might add. After 40 some years as Mormon, he left the church to explore his own spirituality and his relationship with himSelf. I have interviewed him on my blogtalkradio show once and have scheduled 3 more episodes. He wrote this story a full two years ahead of deciding to leave the church. Eric is a clear example of an Ordinary Hero on his Ordinary Heroes Journey. Enjoy! Oh, and we’d love to hear your comments! Kath
Geoff’s Station
By Eric Marley
The sun beat translucent light into the room where Geoff still slept, snoring. How long he had been there was anyone’s guess, but since he had arrived he had done nothing but sleep; sound, solemn, deep sleep.
Time passed, and he finally stirred.
“Ah,” he said as he stretched his back. He blinked his eyes and a weary smile crept across his face. The smile faded almost as quickly as it had started and his eyes closed and his breathing deepened once again.
Later, Geoff’s eyes sprung open, as if he had been jabbed in the backside. He did not move, but lay there in his bed.
“Oh, I wish I could go back to sleep,” he thought to himself in his groggy mind.
Just the memory of the rest he had just experienced brought a dimming smile to his face. But Geoff could not now go back to sleep; he was certainly awake. He shifted back and forth in his bed, but it was as if it had grown too small for him. His covers were apparently tucked in too tightly in the edges, and he swore softly as he struggled to be free of their suffocating embrace.
“Come on…what the…” as he struggled to get one of his arms free, which he couldn’t do.
Geoff stopped struggling for a moment, panting. The covers held him tightly as before. Feelings of claustrophobia swept over him, but he batted them away.
Geoff looked up to the ceiling, which seemed now much closer than it should be. It showed a steady dim glow from no source in particular. It was as if the whole room was made of thick paper. Oddly, no point of the room was brighter or darker than the other. Also, he noticed, the covers on his bed were the same color as the walls. The room was monochromatic.
“Some decorator,” Geoff thought to himself. “At least the bed is comfortable. Or was,” he thought wistfully.
Geoff tried a half-dozen more times to free an arm, either arm, from the bed’s grip with the same result. He lay back in bed, resigned for the moment, panting. His mind raced. He felt bound and he began to panic. This time he was unable to brush is feelings away.
“This must be what it’s like to be in a straitjacket! I have to get out of here. This is too much. I can’t handle this any more!”
He had an idea. He would bang his head on the ceiling, which was right in front of his face. He couldn’t move his arms, but his head and neck were free enough. He could move his neck, flex it backwards as far as the bed would allow, and then fling it upwards to bounce his forehead off the ceiling, which seemed to be getting lower all the time. This he did. The result, at first, was familiar. However, as he was in the act of flinging his head upwards with his might, to his surprise, his right arm broke loose of the covers.
His struggles against the ceiling ceased for the moment as he concentrated on freeing his right arm, which he did.
A look of relief spread over his face. He now felt he could get more leverage. Alas, he was wrong. The room was so tight against him now that he could not get his arm up in front of his face in such a way as to be able to push with very much force.
“Ah!” he yelled, and banged his head with all his might against the ceiling.
To his terror, a crack appeared. It wasn’t the fact that there was a crack in the ceiling that caused the terror. It was the light that came in which was hard and blinding. Although he had been breathing hard from the anxiety and exertion of the situation, he now held his breath as he closed his eyes tight. But the light seemed bright even through his eyelids. After a while, when the surprise and pain of the light subsided, he was able to think clearly and look at the crack through squinted eyes. He could see nothing beyond the fissure; the light that came in prevented it.
Geoff lay in his bed, breathing almost normally once again. The light beat down into his eyes and onto his forehead, maddeningly. A small bead of sweat started at his hairline and coursed into one of his squinted eyes, stinging. Geoff fought off another wave of panic, but his conclusion was the same.
“I have to get out of here,” he thought, “Why would this happen to me? What did I do?” He had these thoughts even though he was afraid of the light, as bright as it was. He had never experienced anything so bright. In the end, however, his fear of staying in the tight bed and room overcame his fear of any light. He resolved to get out of there, no matter what.
With that, he made another frantic push with his head against the ceiling. To his surprise, his whole face stuck up through the ceiling, framed.
“What in the world?”
The fact that his head was held up in the ceiling gave his right arm just enough room from below his body and he gave a tremendous shove against the ceiling, which tore away a large chunk of it. His head, right arm and shoulder were now out of the confining space. His arm held him up as he surveyed his surroundings, his eyes adjusting for the first time. He could feel his left arm free the last of it’s restraint from below, helping to support him.
Geoff couldn’t believe what he saw. As monochromatic as his room had been, this world was not. Colors he could not believe or even comprehend existed massaged his senses. He stared, gape-mouthed, at his surroundings.
“I can’t believe I ever wanted to go back to sleep!” he exclaimed joyously. “I’ll never sleep again!”
Green grass, white-tipped mountains, blue sky, brown soil, dark woods and an azure ocean were all within Geoff’s line of sight. He took a deep breath of the warm air and smelled ripe fruit mixed with an oceanic breeze, welling up to the top of the hill where he was. He was home.
His gestation now complete, Geoff smiled broadly and with a final, mighty shove pushed away the outer shell of the egg, freeing himself completely.

This is such a fabulous time where philosophy and religion are coming
together with the science.I just keep getting supported by my science friends.
Last week Nassim Haramein, a physicist and today a video interview with Dr. Joe Dispenzsa. You might remember him from the film, What the Bleep Do We Know?
I wanted to share this video with you, to give you a clearer idea of the changes
that are happening; what you are attempting when you do your inner work and
become a master of your thoughts. (And if you haven’t gotten started, now’s the time. The Earthling’s Quick Start Guide is the place to start with it’s online course.)
Tell me how you’re doing with the course and where you need help. I’ve got a ton
of techniques to get you moving, unstuck and moving forward to the life you imagine.
Letting go of human mind is directly proportional to one’s ability to relax and Trust in Well Being. Life transformation is simple; I never said it was easy. If you, like me, have been working, working, working at having the life you want and find yourself exactly where you’ve always been, then it’s not that the Universe isn’t answering you, because it is. It is simply that we keep creating the same conditions over and over again like n the movie, Groundhog Day. Conclusion: there’s a persistent belief in the black box of human mind that dis-allows your relaxing into Well Being so you can realize what you want. Allow me to share my story with you…
I recently realized that this was the case with myself. So in Applied Spirituality theory, I’m supposed to “play”, “relax”, and “have fun”. Do I believe that’s right and natural? Check. That belief feels right to me, but then I spend 12 hours a day working with my face buried in the computer, writing articles and posts, learning the technology, studying myriad subjects but never really paying attention to HOW I FEEL when I’m doing all this. I just do it. So accustomed am I (habituated) to the work ethic: head-down and sacrifice now for the future. I couldn’t see my own forest for the trees until the negative feeling became so big that I could no longer miss it.
I experienced myself less enthusiastic, less eager, and really not accomplishing much. Yes, I still be worked 12 hours a day, but without results and admittedly not much fun. I wasn’t playing either outside work nor within the work. It had become dull and lifeless to me. Slowly I realized this. And when I finally did, it felt like a powerless place to me – dead end. Now what do I do?
The box my human mind had cornered me into was this: if I wasn’t working, then I felt guilty playing. Deeper than that, however, was another operating belief: amount of work=amount of my worth. Ye gads. So I was in a bind – you know, that proverbial rock and hardplace that I write about. There I was. My human mind blathering about I’m only valuable if I’m working hard and my Self telling me to play, play, play and enjoy my life and through that attitude of joy, everything I want would come. My human mind, naturally, was sneering that that proposition.
Yet, the observable evidence was irrefutable. Working hard without joy was getting me nowhere. I was NOT happy. Something had to change; and it wasn’t something in the physical world of doing, because I’d been “doing” a lot. I had to let go…of what? I had to change something, but what? I had to let go of my human mind belief that work=my value; but then my human mind kept saying that if I stop working so hard, then what? Where will the dollars come from? This was a Trust issue. Clearly a rubber meets the road Waterloo moment. Just me and Me. Which would I choose?
When I listened to ‘me’ I already knew the outcome because I was living that: unhappy, lifeless, and going nowhere fast. When I listened to “Me”, I wanted to believe that all my Good would come if I could relax into Well Being and play. I realized my resistance to going there was because I didn’t Trust. Oh boy! So clearly I knew the direction I wanted to go – I wanted to be enjoying my life and abundant. In order to do so, I would have to TRUST. My human mind wanted me to think it was either/or…my Big Self knew the Truth.
Visions of the old parable, the Grasshopper and the Ant came roaring back. More human mind programming. I was literally assailed by my human mind ego to warn me off from even considering what Me was proposing – go play. Whilst Me sat quietly and patiently awaiting my arrival, not trying to entice me, but waiting for me to allow It. My human mind suggested I work at deliberate creation processes. Work. Work. Work!!!! I did, for awhile, and then stopped. My knowing is that life is natural. The birds don’t work for their worms; my garden is growing outrageously without any efforting. The planet spins on its axis quite well, the sun comes up every single day without any effort. Then life, my life, should be effortless as well.
My pea brain was unrelenting…”Allow? ALLOW??? No Effort??? Are you NUTS? You can’t let up for a minute! You’ll go broke. You’ll be lost forever! Work! Work! Work. That’s the way. That’s the ticket. It’s the way it’s done’ it’s the way it’s always been done.” And so it went for weeks…with me walking the line between them. Not really working; and not really allowing. The results…the same in the physical world. Not much progress; not falling backwards…just unsatisfying mediocrity. Yuck!
Clearly I had reached a personal place within me that was illuminating the next place I had to LET GO in order to move forward, to evolve and expand. I had to relax into Well Being. I had to Trust at a deeper level; and in order to do so…I had to let go. Oh arg, arg, arg! Have you ever seen a kid at the swimming pool up on the diving board for the first time? He wants to dive in or jump in, but he can’t…yet. The line of kids getting longer behind him as he is stuck between his desire and his fear. Yes, no, yes, no, yes, no……Well consider that a good picture of where I’ve been.
I’m telling you all this in the gory detail, because this is an example of how it happens within all of us. The bind. Leap into faith and trust (and be ruined according to the human mind) or stay the course and be miserable. When I could at last see the choice to be made clearly, it was fairly simple. I didn’t want to live a mediocre life. I never have and I never will. So that propelled me to consider: what it would take for me to relax and Trust into Well Being.
Every been here? Tell me your thoughts and experience. I’d love to hear from you!
If we rejoice at the death of another human being, how is it that we are any different than those who celebrated in the streets on 9/11?
A few days have passed since the death of Osama bin Laden, an event that came back to back with the Royal Wedding. The Wedding captivated us with Love, and we knew this because it felt Good and Life affirming. The report of bin Laden’s death did not feel good or life affirming. I’ve watched news accounts, read of the reactions of the American people. I’ve come to the conclusion that we are missing the point and a great opportunity. Abraham Lincoln would be disappointed.
“With malice toward none, with charity for all, …let us strive on to finish the work we are in, …to do all which may achieve and cherish a just and lasting peace among ourselves and with all nations.” Abraham Lincoln, Second Inaugural Address, Mar. 4, 186516th president of US (1809 – 1865)
The Law of Attraction exactly matches like-minded people, bringing them together in elegant ways. Such was 9/11. For the past 10 years we have been embroiled in the “war on terrorism” locked in combat by matching thoughts of hatred and fear. We are missing the opportunity to take the Ordinary Heroes Journey, which is the spiritual journey.
Frequently I am asked how “spirituality” has any relevance to everyday, real life like business, politics, or war. The answer is always the same, every creation on Earth is a spiritual event, for we are the focusers of Source Energy. Source Energy, the Field of Awareness, the Christed Consciousness, Infinite Intelligence, the Field of All Potential is the field of Energy from which we create. It is the same Energy that creates worlds. We draw that energy through us and what we focus It on, is what we create here on Earth.
We say that we are a Christian nation whose foundations are in the teaching of Jesus whose entire message was Love. Period. So we are charged with not to worship him, but rather to become more Love right here in this physical life. The spiritual journey, which is the Ordinary Heroes Journey, is to become the Love that we are by answering the Call to Adventure. The Spiritual Adventure is about clearing out the human ego mind, the black box of false beliefs, limiting perceptions and biases that we focus Source Energy through. Without doing the personal development work of the spiritual journey, no spiritual growth happens and we mis-create. This is how we create aberrations such as war, disease, poverty and all things that don’t feel Good, which are without Life. Without Life is what we call evil: the absence of Love.
Every spiritual journey is about clearing out your black box so that you can be more Life, more God, if you will, in your everyday human life. Every religion ought to be about that as well.
Osama bin Laden was a man who did not take the spiritual journey by answering the Hero’s Journey Call to Adventure. However, he gave us the greatest gift: the contrast. Would you like to be like him or not? In the face of something we do not like or love, the toughest question anyone can ask is, How am I like him? Without this self reflection there is no spiritual growth, and the Call to Adventure has been refused, the opportunity missed. The world doesn’t change except that each one of us answers the Call to Adventure and goes on the spiritual journey to be the Love that we are in our ordinary human lives.
Osama bin Laden refused the call of personal development and spiritual growth but gave us the opportunity to change and transform ourselves by his presence on the planet. Will you refuse the Call to Adventure? Or will you heed the call and take the Ordinary Heroes Journey and become more Love?
With malice towards none and charity for all…these are not empty words, nor is it impossible. We have a great opportunity to become More than what we have been. It is not a national movement, but it is a personal opportunity from which America The Nation of Love will spring forth. I hold that space.
If you would like to take that Ordinary Heroes Journey, begin right now. Go sign up for the Free Online Course delivered in 52 weekly messages at Applied Spirituality.com.
I’ve been busy discovering something new. Well, not exactly new, but certainly a revelation to me. Let me explain. Recently I embarked on an online marketing course. It is taught by really neat guy, Jeff Walker- an ordinary guy following his bliss. How his course came to my attention is known only to the Law of Attraction. But something told me to purchase it and take the course. Naturally my human brain thought the value to me would be the marketing knowledge I would gain. Not. I love how this works, it looks one way, but it’s really something else which is always about the Soul’s Journey of expansion. Anyway, he was talking about writing copy in terms of the “hero’s journey”. In that moment a shiver ran though me which is ALWAYS a sign for me to listen up. What the heck was this thing known as the hero’s journey?
I Googled around and easily found references to Joseph Campbell and his definitive work. How I got this far in life and never heard of this “journey”, well, I’ll never know. Of course I’d heard of “follow your bliss”…hasn’t everyone? Nonetheless I started reading the 12 steps of the Hero’s Journey. Suddenly I realized that I was on the Hero’s Journey. Holy Smoke! Then I realized that so was everyone else on the planet. We all are! Then I wondered where Applied Spirituality fit into that new view, and soon realized that AS is the very matrix on which the Hero’s Journey is played out; and it also is the means, methods and techniques to keep the hero moving forward on his/her path. Ta Da! Major Happy Dance!
Laugh with me, will you? I mean I have literally not been able to see the forest for the trees for about 25 years. I just stayed on the path, developing Applied Spirituality through the course of living my life. I thought maybe it would be helpful to you to see your individual live from the 30,000′ level – you know, with some perspective. Wouldn’t it be nice to know when you thought you were hopelessly lost or a failure that you weren’t? Wouldn’t it be comforting to know that in the midst of your most confused or fearful place, that you were just simply at a certain point in your hero’s journey – all perfectly natural, on time, and part of the story? And isn’t it nice to know that Applied Spirituality provides the 30,000′ view right on down to the moment to moment tools and techniques to reorient yourself, choose a tool and move on through to revealing More of Who You Really Are?
I feel like I’ve discovered the wheel! I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have the bigger picture for my entire life. I thought you would too. So I’ve embarked upon a 12 part series using my radio show, A New View of Lifeto inform us of the stages of the Hero’s Journey. With each segment you’ll learn about that step which helps you see your own life journey with perspective. It also helps us see everyone else we meet on the same journey of Self discovery. We’re all in it together becoming More – bringing the Super Hero of us into this physical reality known as our individual, real world, everyday, ordinary lives.
And now I know what the phrase, ‘Can’t See The Forest for the Trees’ means! It means your so caught up and focused on the details of the drama, you don’t see the bigger picture…the adventure.
Make no mistake; you matter to us all a great deal!!! Yes, you. It is right and appropriate that your life matters to you; because no one else has your unique view or gifts to bring to the world. That we are all selfishly oriented is a Good thing. When you finally reach a place in your adventure where you want to be happy and fulfilled personally, at that point the Whole benefits, because your joy is our blessing. Please enjoy an excerpt from Well Done – A Story of Applied Spirituality. You deserve to be fulfilled; but only you can make that happen. Go for it! This life, your life, is not a dress rehearsal.

Please take me up on this offer and join us for Month of Sundays. Sunday, January 2, 2011 6pm EST. You must register so I have enough lines on the call. See you Sunday!
For about a month now, I’ve been conducting live, group life transformation coaching calls on Sunday evenings via conference call. I think I’ve got the technology bugs worked out. I so much appreciate the technology that we have available to us, despite the learning curve. In the 1990′s I lived in Montana in the middle of nowhere and remember distinctly wishing there were some way to do the work I’m passionate about and be able to live wherever I wanted to. Well ask and it is granted! This is a perfect example of the Law of Attraction and lining myself up with what I wanted. Love this deliberate creation stuff.
This is what we’re up to every Sunday evening: We are practicing learning how to be the deliberate and intentional creators of our lives. The really cool thing about being in these live group coaching calls is that sometimes you get to be coached individually, which is great; but sometimes you actually hear your answer better as it’s being given to someone else in the context of their situation. When we’re in the “asking” mode, you have to be adept at shifting yourself internally into the receiving mode to hear your answer. This is why the calls are recorded so you can download them and listen on your mp3 player while you’re out for your walk.
I start every Sunday evening at 6 PM EST with a mini talk which focuses us on the basics of deliberate creation. After that I take questions. Folks can ask questions in three ways: live on the call, submit them through the private coaching forum or email me at coach@appliedspirituality.com. Even if you can’t be on the call, you can still send in your questions, and I will answer them on the call which you can listen to later.
The real benefits of live life coaching are:
1. You are in an atmosphere (energy) of like minded people who are taking responsibility for their lives
2. You are in an atmosphere (energy) of people who are actively becoming masters of focusing their Life Force – applying their Spirit consciously and rooting for you, supporting you, and uplifting you.
3. You are totally loved and supported wherever you are in your journey by the community.
4. You are doing the one thing that will benefit/affect positively every single aspect of your life: health, money, relationships, business, quality of life.
5. The group is focused on the techniques and methods that raise your personal vibration; raise your consciousness and move you forward becoming a master of yourself.
