how you create your reality (the science version)
Posted by: | CommentsHello Everyone,
This is such a fabulous time where philosophy and religion are coming
together with the science.I just keep getting supported by my science friends.
Last week Nassim Haramein, a physicist and today a video interview with
Dr. Joe Dispenzsa. You might remember him from the film, What the Bleep Do We Know?
I wanted to share this video with you, to give you a clearer idea of the changes
that are happening; what you are attempting when you do your inner work and
become a master of your thoughts. (And if you haven’t gotten started, now’s the time.
The Earthling’s Quick Start Guide is the place to start with it’s online course.)
Tell me how you’re doing with the course and where you need help. I’ve got a ton
of techniques to get you moving, unstuck and moving forward to the life you imagine.
love, Kath
the physics of consciousness: Nassim Haramein’s theories
Posted by: | CommentsGreetings Everyone,
When I set out to understand the efficacy of the individual within the world and how each of us can be happy, little did I know I was embarking on writing the cosmology of everything. I don’t have enough math or physics;but I have enough to understand that these are the basis of our world and humans. But now others with expertise in those disciplines are coming forth to lay down the science beneath my knowing. Yippee! I can’t tell you how exciting this is for me.
I have lectured on Well Being. I have lectured on how we are all natural creatures contained within this vast ground of Well Being. I have searched for words to explain and impart my knowing to others so that they might know how powerful they are in creating the whole of their own reality. I have studied nature directly and learned – maybe even remembered – that this is all True. So armed with an IQ just smart enough to talk to the genius; yet not so smart that I couldn’t speak with the rest of humanity, I’ve endeavored to find the words to reassure and remind the rest of us of how loved and supported each of us is in the Universe – God, if you will.
Mine has been an interesting journey of using limited science, immense knowing, and the generalist’s view of life on earth to communicate a higher Truth to the planet. Why? Because we live in fear and there is no need for it at all. We create it all her on Earth. All of it…the fear included, the lack included, the wars, the recessions, and the sickness….and if we but could remember that we are contained within and included in All That Well Being, perhaps we would remember Who We Are and live better and fearlessly.
I have bumped into resistance from science, because science couldn’t relate to words like love and knowing. I have encountered resistance in the religious communities, because they don’t include science. My knowing has always been that they are one in the same thing. That science is the language of God…particularly math and physics.
At last some scientists are thinking outside the “science” box and doing their own thinking, just like Einstein did. Recently I came upon one such scientist, Nassim Haramein. Self taught, which I highly respect, he didn’t drink the kool aid currently being taught and set out to understand for himself – alone – much like I did. Don’t be afraid of the “science”, he has a way of explaining it in laymen’s terms. And besides if you listen with your knowing, you can feel the essence of Truth within his words.
I used to think Everything would all be explained by virtue of string theory. I now know that the answers are in fractals. Thank heaven for this Light Being, Nassim Haramein, who is following his own Internal Guidance. Maybe he’s Einstein come back to tweak his Theory of Relativity and finish what he started at the beginning of the 1900′s with an updated Unified Theory of Everything by proving we are a mathematical equation and not the dogma we’ve thought. And the Truth shall set you free!

spirituality and business: no oxymoron
Posted by: | CommentsGood Day Everyone!
Recently someone asked me to put together a talk for a corporation without using the word spirituality. I was told that was the last word they wanted to hear. Yikes! Just goes to show you how people fear what they don’t know or understand. So I decided to address this in my blog.
Fact: There’s no such thing as a non-spiritual business or organization. Period.
We are all Spiritual beings; humans and every physical form (manifestation) have their roots in nonphysical energy (thought) first. Nothing gets to the planet without being a thought form, first. So, banking or widgets, government or religious group, they are all Spiritual organizations…Yes, even hospitals and the military. Everything. Everyone.
To not recognize that or understand that completely is missing the boat. Every group is a spiritual group. We can create anything we want on earth: absolutely anything. I think some of the misperceptions come into play when you think that a spiritual group is going to look like something other than what you expect. They’re going to be off meditating before the board meeting or kneeling in prayer before battle. Not.
The big misconception is that spirituality=good. Earth is a free will zone. Everything gets to be here. That’s pretty obvious, don’t you agree? So this begs the question, what’s the point? Or what’s the different? Or what exactly are we looking to experience?
MORE Quality. Good. Joy. Humor. Fun. Collaboration. Willingness. Expansion. Exuberance. Innovation. Inspiration. Fullness. Satisfaction. Solutions. Exhilaration…LIFE!
Source Energy, which we all already ARE at our core, is the highest, purest, fastest frequencies. We feel this Quality in every moment: either a lot of it or none of it or every shade (emotion) in between. Just because you’re at work doesn’t mean you’ve left your Internal Guidance System at home. Just because you’re singing in the choir at church doesn’t mean you’re allowing Source Energy to flow through you and you’re feelin’ the Love.
Spirituality Defined:
Spirituality is the measure of someone’s personal, most intimate relationship with Self. It has nothing to do with church or religion nor is it left behind because you don a three piece suit or a military uniform. Your Self is always with you. The question is are you aligned with Self (Source) or not, how much Light are you allowing to flow through your unit right NOW? That is spirituality. How connected are you in any given moment to Source, which is YOU.
The spiritual business already is. The question now is: How much Source Energy is allowed in? The degree to which each individual within the business/organization brings Self to the table, is the degree that prosperity, abundance, creativity, joy, humor, innovation, inspiration, genius is created and experienced in the entity’s services, products, communications, etc. The greater the flow of Source Energy into anything, the more Good is manifested in the final product. Above all, it is the experience of feeling It as Good and Enlivening.
At the core of every successful business if Love. Listen to an excerpt from the online self study course to the book, Well Done – A Story of Applied Spirituality™.

Healthcare: A Right or Not?
Posted by: | CommentsGood Day Everyone,
I so applaud us as a nation for undertaking the great debate on health care. Not because I have a vested interested either way, but because it opens up such a can of worms of beliefs that we must deal with first before we can come to any consensus of what to do.
I’m thinking that at the heart of the debate of the forms of health care is the issue of whether or not health care is a right or a privilege in America. This is really something we’ve never talked about. We hash about the flag, and voting, and speech – but this is something we’ve never asked ourselves. And probably that’s the first thing we should tackle before we attempt any reform in the health care system.
As you can probably see, if we decide that it’s a right, then it becomes something that we have to protect for each and every individual. Right away people divide into liberal and conservative thinking lines: more government or less government and the labeling starts to fly. As we all know, once labels start being bantied about, people stop listening to the idea if it happens to be coming from a source other than their particular political persuasion. From that point on it devolves into name calling and it gets ugly, nothing gets done, and all we do is squabble.
If on the other hand we decide it’s a privilege, then that doesn’t feel right either, because it cuts against the core of Who We Really Are – love. But alas, love is not considered valid in a political debate. What to do? What to do?
Complete and perfect health is our inheritance, our birthright just as freedom and joy are. The conundrum comes when we look out into the world and see so much of just the opposite. We know in our core beingness that everyone deserves complete and perfect health just as they are endowed with the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Our mistake is thinking that we can legislate such a thing, when it is totally a personal state of beingness that brings this to manifestation or not.
Out of the human-mind’s belief in separation from Source we have created a gigantic mindset of health, health care methods, medicine, hospitals, doctors, medicines, pharmacy, herbs, chiropractic, accupuncture, etc. to support the body, to create health, to restore well being.
What has been forgotten is that the state of wellness is our natural state of being if we are aligned with It; that is to say if we have closed the gap of separation between our human mind’s belief and our Godself knowing of only Well Being. When any individual closes this gap, complete and perfect health is made manifest in that moment. Modern medicine calls this a miracle, but in Truth access to this is equally available to each and every person.
So, complete and perfect health is our birthright, just as all the other freedoms delineated in the Declaration of Independence. Realization of them is an inside job, applying our spirituality and creating deliberately the life experience we choose. The realization of heaven on earth is all about a state of being, not legislation.
Is health care a right or a privilege? It’s not a right, but the laws of love demand that we support individual physicality whilst they are actively gaining the consciousness of Oneness. Now how about a discussion of importance of applied spirituality with respect to health care and the sovereign ability of an individual to respond to Life and create their own reality.
Christ Is A Consciousness

Good Morning Everyone,
Recently I’ve been reading a really great book written by Deepak Chopra, one of my heroes in life.
It’s called, The Third Jesus: The Christ We Cannot Ignore.
Bless him, for he has the eloquence and perspicacity to write the things I’ve espoused since I was a young girl.
Evidently Chopra, who was raised in India, was schooled in the Catholic Church by missionaries. He is open-minded and has the vantage point of blending different schools of thought: Buddhist teachings with ancient Ayurvedic Medicine and Christianity with Western Medicine. His mind looks for Truth, which is usually found in the commonalities.
I’ve had the privilege of meeting Chopra twice, although I doubt he would remember me. The first time was just after I had written my first book. I had written on my “knowing”. I had no evidence that what I knew to be True was fact. In listening to the lecture, he began putting the science beneath my “knowing”. I remember sitting in the audience with tears streaming down my face. “Thank you”, I thought. For the Western World is all about science and facts, dismissing “knowing” as heresy and airy fairy. This one man has done more for bridging the nonphysical world and the physical world as well as the spiritual world and the religious world.
In his most recent book he takes the four gospels and isolates the words that are directly attributed to Jesus and talks about them in terms of higher consciousness, not literally.
As I was listening to the book, the same phenomenon occurred with me, the tears were streaming down my little cheeks. I have always felt Jesus as a guide, not a savior. I have always thought of him as sort of a “big brother”. The kind that is infinitely compassionate and willing to take his little sister on his journey, or show her the Way.
In the 1990′s I was doing a type of chiropractic called Network, created by Donny Epstein. It is a very esoteric type of work, encouraging the Life Force to move up through the spine. As It does, it reveals the beliefs and behavior patterns that block the Truth. During many of those “clear outs” as they are called, this figure, Jesus would come to me and assist in my clearings. He was always jovial and easy natured, laughing quickly and cajoling me in my seriousness. Once we were swinging from swings hung on the stars. I remember him pointing to this giant patch of light on Earth. “See there,” he smiled at me, “that’s your life.” This is the way I have felt about Jesus. He has and does come to me in other ways, as well. To help me build Trust in the Universe, he has had me mentally stand on the brink of the Grand Canyon, backwards. He walks out into the air and tells me to fall backwards. This little exercise took about 6 months before I could do it mentally. When I had achieved that, he moved out from behind me, standing now in front of me, and told me to fall backwards again, into the arms of All That Is, or God. That one took another 6 months, until I could realize that I am totally loved and supported without Him intervening in any way.
I have been very concerned about Christianity. At one point in my studies in the 1990′s I undertook reading European History in order to find out what went wrong. It’s a dismal account of the history of the church and the men that would use religion as a means of power. I grew up in the Eastern Orthodox Church, “the original church”, but missed all the human-mind dogma as the sermons and scriptures were recited in Serbian. This, I now realize, was the ultimate blessing.
When I began my personal investigation into my own spirituality, I “knew” it was about Love.
I was so confused about the human version that I saw demonstrated around me, vs. my own knowing. When I wanted to get married, my priest could not marry us because my husband-to-be was not Orthodox, and the Bishop would not give his consent. At 19 years old I challenged the priest, “Who do you work for? The Bishop or God?” Always I’ve had this deep, profound understanding that religion was not God; and it is certainly not spirituality.
This is the time. It is now. All things that are not grounded in Truth will wash away as they were built on sand. Things grounded in Universal Truth, or God, will stand. Jesus was not a Christian. Jesus was a man, who in his lifetime, awakened to his true identity and achieved the Christed consciousness. This is what he asked us to do then, and is ready, willing and able to help us do now, individually. This is not a group activity, it is personal, intimate, and uniquely yours.
Applied Spirituality is the term I have coined to point the way for the individual to do that personal, intimate journey back into Oneness for him or her self. Like Jesus, I can only be a guide, I am not the map; nor is Jesus.
At the core of each of us is that Godchip, that Godchip is in the Field of Consciousness – the highest Field of Consciousness. We contact that, and It guides our way perfectly. This is applied spirituality, living the Christed Consciousness in the physical body like Jesus did, and Buddha and Krishna and others. You are perfectly wired for this journey in consciousness.
Deepak refers to the Gnostic Gospels in his book. I’m going to read these next, feeling my way for more Truth.
Thanks for reading!
Kath
